Over the past few weeks, I’ve been enjoying the Autumn leaves here in Minnesota. They are turning all sorts of colors. On Monday my Mom and I took a drive up to Itasca State Park, which is where the Mississippi River starts. Crazy to think you can cross the small stream on a few stepping stones across the water and then when you get to Louisiana it is a raging river. Crazy how things grow.
But, I was just thinking I’d share some pictures with you from over the past few weeks in the Fall leaves. 🙂
Don’t you love smelling the pumpkin pie scent waft through the house as it bakes in the oven. Sitting by the fireplace with a cup of hot apple cider is one of my favorite inside autumn activities.
It’s just so festive. The leaves crunch under my feet as I walk in the woods and the crispness of the rotting leaves fills my lungs… ahh… love it. I know, that might not sound so amazing, but if you’ve experienced autumn in a northern state than you probably know what I mean.
Here are a few things I’m looking forward to this Autumn.
