Falling in Love with Fall…

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been enjoying the Autumn leaves here in Minnesota. They are turning all sorts of colors. On Monday my Mom and I took a drive up to Itasca State Park, which is where the Mississippi River starts. Crazy to think you can cross the small stream on a few stepping stones across the water and then when you get to Louisiana it is a raging river. Crazy how things grow.

But, I was just thinking I’d share some pictures with you from over the past few weeks in the Fall leaves. 🙂

What I’m Looking Forward To About Autumn…

Don’t you?

Don’t you love smelling the pumpkin pie scent waft through the house as it bakes in the oven. Sitting by the fireplace with a cup of hot apple cider is one of my favorite inside autumn activities.

It’s just so festive. The leaves crunch under my feet as I walk in the woods and the crispness of the rotting leaves fills my lungs… ahh… love it. I know, that might not sound so amazing, but if you’ve experienced autumn in a northern state than you probably know what I mean.
