Falling in Love with Fall…

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been enjoying the Autumn leaves here in Minnesota. They are turning all sorts of colors. On Monday my Mom and I took a drive up to Itasca State Park, which is where the Mississippi River starts. Crazy to think you can cross the small stream on a few stepping stones across the water and then when you get to Louisiana it is a raging river. Crazy how things grow.

But, I was just thinking I’d share some pictures with you from over the past few weeks in the Fall leaves. 🙂

My mom did an autumn photo-shoot for me with my red jeans! Love it! :) Perfect for my blogs NEW look!

When I was little my Dad and Mom would always tell me that little bridge was Paul Bunyan’s toothpick. 🙂
Where the Mississippi River begins. It's so small that you can walk over a few rocks to cross it!

Yesterday, Sunday the 6th of October my Dad, Mom, and I took our puppy to Maplelag to go for a walk through the brightly colored trees. It was so gorgeous! Here are some pictures from Maplelag! 🙂

While in Maplelag, MN… I felt like I’d taken a step into Norway. Scandinavian signs were posted all over trails. 🙂

  1. Oh I love that picture of your dog yawning. Chocolate looks like a sweetheart! Beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing fall with me. The leaves don’t really turn in the south. One day they’re green, the next day they are dead : (

It’s a crisp, cool day here though, so after looking at your pictures, I feel like fall visited me. Thanks Dev!

    1. Awe! haha… Thanks… Yes, Cocoa is such a sweetie. 😛 Totally love her to pieces. She is such a cute little puppy. 🙂 Love her. I’ve seen pictures of your dogs too… they are cute as well!

Ohh, I’ve always wondered if the leaves changed in the south. I always thought they did… but that’s a bummer they don’t! I am so glad my pictures brought Autumn to you! 🙂 Thanks for reading and commenting, Katie!
